Meet Kathryn

Kathryn Guest
Having gained a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition & Dietetics, I developed an interest in weight management and published a research paper on energy compensation in collaboration with leading obesity researchers in this field. I went on to study obesity and weight management and gained my Post Graduate Diploma. I designed and delivered a 12 week weight management programme, delivered a pre-bariatric care pathway and worked with both adults and children with an eating disorder or disordered eating.  I further studied for my NVQ Level 3 in Counselling Skills. 

My passion for food and health developed in my early teenage years. I have carried this passion throughout my adult life and love experimenting with new recipes and keeping up to date with the latest scientific evidence.


Adopting a balanced and nourishing diet can yield a multitude of benefits beyond just shedding pounds. By implementing dietary changes, we can optimise our nutritional intake, support healthy metabolism, improve digestion and boost energy levels. A well designed diet can also enhance satiety, reducing food cravings and prevent overeating. I will guide and support you to develop healthy eating habits and a positive relationship with food promoting long term weight maintenance. By focusing on balanced meals, portion control and nutrient dense food choices, weight management becomes attainable, reducing the risk of developing long term medical conditions associated with poor dietary choices.
